Although the purpose and responsibilities of the Yukon Literacy Coalition (YLC) have evolved over our last six years of service in the Yukon we adhere to the founding belief that individuals and communities know their challenges, know their resources and should be supported in meeting their literacy goals.
The YLC will achieve these objectives through:
